If already applied for relief amount on Sahara Refund Portal and your application has been rejected by the portal. In this situation you can resubmission of your application to continue the refund process.
And if your application duration completed more than 45 days, also in that case you must do resubmit your claim request on the portal.
So depositor a new window has been added in the portal for “Resubmission Login”. You can do it by your claim acknowledge number and mobile number. The resubmission login process detailed here.
Step-1: First visit the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal official website. There in the menu section you will get the ‘Resubmission Login’ button, click on there.
Step-2: In the next page give the claim request number (CRN) or acknowledgement number, registered mobile number, then fill the captcha and click on validate for validation.
Step-3: After validation you will get OTP on your registered mobile number. Now put the OTP and click on verify button.
Step-4: Then you will have a declaration page on your screen, now do agree and move forward.
Step-5: In the next page again you have to verify your mobile number.
Step-6: After OTP verification, on the next page you will see your aadhaar details, which are automatically filled by the portal. And you can see your photograph on this page.
Step-7: Just bottom of this page you must fill your bank name and then click Next button.
Step-8: On the next page you will have your account details and here you can see the reason of rejection of your application or claim request.
Note: For checking the reason of rejection you have to click on the ‘Deficiency’ button from that page.
Step-9: Now for resubmission your Claim Request click on the pencil button, your current page will be opening in editing mode.
Step-10: Now put the all proper information and upload documents with proper format. And then click on Submit button.
Step-11: After that you will be redirected on your dashboard page. In the dashboard you can see your account is ‘Updated’. Now from the bottom click on Next button.
Step-12: In the next page you have to upload your PAN Card photo copy in pdf or image format. Then click on Next option.
Step-13: After that you will be on the final submission page. There you will get the option of “Generate Resubmission Claim Request Form”, now click here. And then finally click on the ‘Ok Proceed’ button. Then your Resubmission Claim Request Form will be submitted on the portal.
